Bio
End User Support Team Lead, Web Developer who is interested in learning a whole bunch of modern web technologies for building various full stack applications. I would be delighted to work on a variety of projects using React on the front-end and NodeJS with Express or PHP with Laravel on the back-end. Also, I am currently exploring Python with Django.
Capable of adapting in both self-starting and collaborative environments while staying focused on achieving hiqh-quality results under strict deadlines. Despite not having a significant experience in the world of Wev Development, I am eager to obtain a challenging position at an international company that will expand my learning capabilities and developer skills.

End User Support Team Lead
Supervision of an end user support group. Providing technical support for local employees. The focus is on desktop support in a Windows 10 and MS Office environment. Effective communication with users to determine and resolve common problems and requests in compliance with established service level agreements. Performing hardware & software installation, upgrades and problem resolution to facilitate employee's day-to-day productivity. Assignments could include account administration, software delivery and support, group policy development, testing and delivery, creating and maintaining PC & Laptop images; software distribution environment (for PCs and Laptops); remote control software installation, management & maintenance; domain account creation and maintenance; email account creation and maintenance etc. Active participation in the ongoing IT optimization process. Performing as a technical consultant resource to other desktop support technicians for problem resolution and the teaching of new skills.
